Esade & PWC have jointly created the Observatory for the Transformation of Public Administration in Spain. It was presented on Monday the 16th of January at the headquarters of this educational institution, in Madrid. "One of the reasons to create this kind of institutions is because "Public Administration does not belong to the institutions only but also to the businesses and the civil society", Manuel Espada, PwC partner.
The Director of the Observatory, Isabel Linares, also PwC partner said that the new institution "will operate through 3 ways: The debate, the Investigation and the training". In the same event, it was also presented the Executive Program for the Transformation of the Public Administration, directed by Juan Luis Mandfredi and which will start in Madrid in April.
